Who we are

Let’s start with me, Emilie.

An engineer converted to a global HR Leader. Since 20 years, my focus has been on leading large scale organizational and individual transformations, developing talents and allowing them to unlock and harness their full potential, as well as coaching senior leaders.

Some years ago, following some healing process I was going through, the world of energies opened to me. Curious to understand it, I experimented and quickly realized the untapped power of combining the material and energy worlds for greater results. Endless possibilities are out there for us and we only use a small part of our abilities. Everyone should be able to access it if they wish to. So I continued to deepen my experimentation, learned from professionals, tried different approaches, and practiced first with myself, and then with others (groups and individuals). Lots of learnings, the good and the hard way. I’m loving it and still going at it.

Today I would like to bring my own contribution to a better world, leveraging the best of my business, human and energy experience. I therefore created Hoist the Colors, as an evolving platform to allow just that.

Being an engineer, I like it concrete, simple and practical. The energy level does not need to be conceptual and fuzzy. Nothing guru-like with me. We ground what we do in logic and science (it is all about physics and neurology) with an unconventional touch, easy tools, energy and coaching technics, so that anyone can experiment and decide for themselves.

Many are and you will come across some of them in our programs. It is a wonderful and unusual mix of energy healers, guides, business colleagues, friends, volunteers, family members who test and use my approaches, help me grow, and bear with me along the journey. Even my two cats and my dog!
